See how easily Accor Services Clean Way works:
1. When you first get started with Clean Way, we’ll work with you to clarify how many vouchers you’ll want to issue to your various members of staff, and how often – you can revise this at any time.
2. You order and pay for vouchers from Clean Way - this can be a monthly process or at whatever intervals you prefer.
3. We print the required numbers of personalised vouchers, tailored to your requirements.
4. Your vouchers are provided pre-sorted into envelopes, each containing your chosen mix of vouchers, for easy distribution to your staff. Every Clean Way voucher has a stub, and envelopes, vouchers and stubs are all numbered, so you can easily audit the distribution of vouchers.
5. We deliver the Clean Way vouchers to any addresses you specify, ready for distribution to staff.
6. Your staff can then take their specified work garments to any participating dry cleaners (easily identified by the Clean Way window sticker) and pay using their Clean Way vouchers – no cash required.
7. Dry cleaners return the used vouchers to us for redemption. We take care of all the payment and paperwork involved – meaning you never have to worry about garment-related petty cash, expense claims or receipts.
